Our retractable awnings provide horizontal shading for your external spaces. You can shade anywhere from domestic patios and gardens, to commercial shop fronts and cafés.
Sun awnings increase useable external space, protect you from the weather as well as help to maintain the temperature climate inside your home.
They can be operated manually or motorised and are available in a large selection of styles, sizes and colours. We also offer a sign-writing service for your awnings.
Solar and wind sensors are beneficial additions to motorised awnings. A solar sensor will extend the awning on sunny days, helping to reduce heat gain and glare; while a wind sensor will retract the awning on windy days to prevent damage to the mechanism and fabric.

Much like patio awnings, Veranda awnings are mounted to a wall, but have a fixed frame design with front support posts.

Awning Fabrics
Quality awning fabrics have an advance set of properties which allow them to withstand changes temperature, UV lightening and damage caused by rain and dirt. There are hundreds of colours and styles to choose from. You will be able to choose between solid colours and striped designs as well as different light permeability and textures too.
Awning Casings
Our awnings are available with Full, Semi and Open Cassettes.
FULL CASSETTES
Full cassettes offer the maximum level of protection from rain, wind, and dirt. When the awning is retracted the roller, fabric and arms are all stored away inside a built-in casing.
Semi Cassette Awning
Semi Cassette awnings provide a solution that is mid-way between the open and full cassettes. With the partial enclosure of semi cassette awnings, they offer some protection from the elements from above and usually from the sides too/as well. The underside of the awning will be open/exposed when retracted, but it will still be well protected from rain and wind.
OPEN AWNING
An open awning has no cassette enclosure. If your garden offers adequate protection, an open awning gives a lightweight appearance.
COVERBOARDS
Coverboards are usually mounted on the wall above the awning and provide overhang protection. Sometimes coverboards are fitted to the awning instead.
