How does motorization works?

We’ve done our best to explain this on the motorisation page. Please schedule a consultation to find out more and what we would recommend for your project.

How long will it take for my products to come?

All our products are custom made for your project then shipped from our manufacturers locally or abroad. The lead times vary by product and manufacturer and will be communicated to you before we commence your project. Here are some guidelines:

  • Blinds, curtains and their accessories: 4-6 weeks
  • Roller shutters and garage doors: 1 week
  • Altra Shutters: 4-6 weeks
  • Awnings: 6-10 weeks

Any delivery date provided is an estimate only and may be subject to change. Special products may take longer than the lead times mentioned above.

Do you accept returns and/or refunds?

As all products as custom made for your project and dimensions we do not allow refunds or returns. This does not apply to products with factory defects or defaults. Please view our Terms of Sale and Product Warranty pages for more information.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is based on quite a number of factors – fabric selection, size, type and number of products, type and number of motors, site location, ease of installation and more. Please contact us for pricing.
